By downloading, installing, or using EasySwitch ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Application on your personal macOS device for personal or commercial purposes.

Usage Restrictions

When using the Application, you agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Application
• Redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the Application to third parties

User Responsibility

EasySwitch allows you to execute shell commands and scripts. You are fully responsible for all commands and scripts you configure and execute through the Application. We are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the commands you run.

Intellectual Property

The Application and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, code, graphics, and logos) are owned by EasySwitch and are protected by intellectual property laws. The scripts and automation configurations you create using the Application remain your property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasySwitch and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from the use of the Application.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license at any time if you violate any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies.
